the LOCATION near the event was great for attending events a little out of town. the room was basic BUT comfortable.
an extra pillow took two hours to arrive THAT is not good service. there were no hand towels in the toilet. the bathroom was super small opening the shower door made it hard to exit.

the location was very convenient (i was attending an event at hallenstadion). it was an easy walk. the staff member i spoke with was also fantastic. he booked a taxi for me and even changed the time when i got it wrong.
the mattress wasn't great. it felt worn out. the toilet also kept flushing (it was annoying).

The location was perfect for my concert trip near the hallenstadion. It was convenient. i found nearby restaurants offered many choices, so dining was simple. the staff offered friendly service, which i valued.
The bathroom door did not lock well. This created a slight privacy issue.
